Porto Viro is a town of about 15,000 inhabitants located in the province of Rovigo, part of the “Veneto Delta Del Po” Regional Park, in northeastern Italy.
Understood in its present structure, the municipality was officially established only in 1995, which makes it a relatively young institution, but the origins of this municipality are much older, date back to about 1000 A.C. approximately, when these were territories of settlement of the Etruscans and the Paleovenetians.
The challenge!
The needs of a public administration at the level of data management are obviously greater and more pressing than those of a private person, just think of the census activity and how many and which data moves each time it is carried out. Fortunately, over the years there has been a need to computerise many activities, also to reduce the waste of paper and resources, for this reason the municipality of Porto Viro has expressed the need for an integrated data management system, which guaranteed:
